I'm back! and starting over. I did have some famous horses going there for a while, but I need a fresh start and a start that will parallel my reality!

I am looking for Throughbreds that are ex-race, track injured, or young. I am doing a re-facilitation and training center and need help getting started! If you have any for sale please let me know!!!!!! Thanks guys!

You get to design it how ever you want!

But you must have:
-an indoor arena
-2 outdoor sand arenas (schooling)
-barns (mares wing, stallions win, show wing)
-lunging arena
-dressage court
-grand prix sand arena (outdoor)
-2 large pastures (app. 4000 sq feet)
-3 medium pastures (app. 2500sq feet)
-eight pipe corrals with cover
